For as long as I can remember, I have always been passionate about cooking. Growing up, I’ve become more and more curious, wanting to go over my limits. Then I started to create, to innovate. I was blessed to turn my hobby into a thriving business, and today this is more than a job. It’s my lifestyle.
How I came to do this
At first, it was just an idea, then a dream that I didn’t even dare to project into a possible reality. But it was enough to cook just once at a private event, on the recommendation of a friend, to realize that this is what the kitchen means for me. From the idea of designing a unique menu and choosing the best products on the market, to the challenge of getting out of that space where I was spinning every day and getting to know inch by inch. Every kitchen I cook for my customers has its own story that I have to learn as soon as possible.
To whom do you owe this pleasure?
Working in a large kitchen, full of hustle and bustle and the sound of hot pans, knives that cut automatically, a chef rarely gets to know the man who enjoys the dish he has prepared so devoutly.
I felt like I was missing this part.
I could say that the way a private chef prepares his meals is like a dance, in which the chef indicates the direction and the rhythm, improvising the movements, and the client simply lets himself be guided and enjoys the movement. It’s about collaboration and anticipating the client’s needs, while in a regular restaurant, the experience is limited to what is brought to you on a plate.

Every client for whom you work may have a specific menu in mind for an upcoming dinner party, while a long-term client won’t want to eat the same food every time, no matter how delicious it is. So I have sharpened a variety of skills, so that I can handle whatever needs and culinary desires a client might have, including dietary needs, such as vegan and vegetarian dishes.
